Travel Requirements

(Please read very carefully)

Within Australia clients must provide

1. Economy Airfares for all parties on either Qantas or Virgin. If travelling alone , Nikki should be flown business class

2. Any excess baggage charges due to costumes

3. Ground transfers to and from airport, hotel and venue

4. Hotel accommodation and all meals for all performers for the duration of stay

5. Hotel Rooms must include breakfast in rate

6. Ms Bennett always has her own double room

7. Female dancers share two to a twin room

8. Male dancers share if more than one, otherwise, single room to be provided  

Outside Australia clients must provide (in addition to the above requirements):   

1. The most direct flights available on an agreed airline. Daytime flights wherever  possible. We DO NOT, under any circumstances, arrive and perform on the same day    

2. All visas and associated travel costs

3. Any Excess baggage costs due to weight of costumes 

4. All meals, for all performers for duration of stay

5. Alternatively client may provide an agreed cash per-diem for each performer, in the currency of the country in question, however, Breakfast must ALWAYS be included in room rate at the hotel.

6. 5 star hotel accommodation at or close to the venue of the event 

 

Very Important

* Performance fee includes the show and a maximum 1 hour tech run. This means that no meet and greets, press calls or any other extra requests are costed into our  fees. 

* Any such requirements must be discussed and negotiated at the time of booking or extra fees will apply if we choose to accommodate such requests.

* We also reserve the right to refuse such requests if they are not mentioned at the time of booking.

* Miss Bennett will do one press call, per city, free of charge, at a mutually agreed time.

* All dancers will be paid AU$50 each, per call, and any possibility of this must be mentioned at the time of booking
