The Helen Reddy Story
As the “Queen of 70s Pop” Helen Reddy rose to massive international super-stardom.
'The little girl from Australian who went to America to make it big'
With 10 singles in the American top 40 and three #1 hits in the same year, Helen sold over 25 million albums, starred in her own prime time television show, a major Hollywood movie and played to sellout houses in Vegas and around the world. She was the very first Australian to ever win a Grammy Award and her iconic song I Am Woman changed a generation and became the soundtrack to the women's liberation movement of the 1970s'.
Her star burned as brightly as any ever have, and then she lost t all .
This is the extraordinary true story behind the woman.
Packed with hits including I Am Woman, Delta Dawn, Leave Me Alone, Angie Baby, Ain’t No Way To Treat a Lady, I Don’t Know how to Love Him and many more, Invincible is a first class tribute to one of the great pioneering female entertainers of our time and an Australian we should all be proud of.
This show received standing ovations at every performance of it’s recent QLD tour with audiences and press alike saying it is like watching Helen herself.
All Sydney shows this year have been a stunning success and a full Australian theatrical tour is now being planned.
